The best and easiest way for you to locate the PC muscles is to stop your flow of urine when you are in the process of urinating.  Tryto stop urinating mid-flow.  When you stop your urination, you're flexing your PC muscle.  That is why the PC muscle is important for the control of urination. 

It can be a little tough to locate the PC muscles when you're beginning, but once you've found it you'll have no problems.

Another way to locate the PC muscles is to put your finger inside your anus and then when you are contracting the PB muscles, your anus will tighten.

Once you can locate the PC muscles, then you can do your kegels for men until you can build up your muscles.
